Brian is a native of the Pacific Northwest and has been practicing law for over 20 years. He focuses on the areas of Elder Law, Medicaid planning, Estate planning, IRA planning, Tax planning, and Stock Option planning.

Holding a Masters of Law in Taxation, Brian is a certified Attorney-CPA and highly respected nationwide in the legal and tax community for his extensive and sophisticated work in tax litigation. His high-profile cases have impacted stock-options tax laws, helping countless plaintiffs across the U.S. recover millions of dollars.

Cindy Isaacson

CPA, Isaacson Tax & Accounting, PLLC

Cindy has been serving the local Edmonds community for 20 years as owner of Isaacson Tax and Accounting, Inc. She holds a Bachelor Degree in accounting from Seattle Pacific University and has over 30 years experience in accounting and taxes. She also has a few tools in her belt including certifications in QuickBooks and ProAdvisor. When she isn’t saving the world from taxes, she spends time with family.

Michelle Geehan

Director of Operations

Michelle Geehan is the powerhouse Director of Operations at Washington Elder Law. With a rich background that includes navigating the intricate landscape of the Excise Department at Snohomish County and mastering the art of home lending and escrow, she brings a unique blend of expertise to the table.

Beyond the confines of professional pursuits, you’ll find her in the company of her family and her two majestic St. Bernards, Daphne and Percy. A lover of words, she seeks solace in the pages of captivating books or jet-setting to new destinations that fuel her curiosity and creativity.

She is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our elderly community through work while finding joy in life’s simple pleasures.

I am detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to accuracy and integrity in everything I do. As a devoted wife and mother of two, I understand the importance of planning for and protecting what matters most—family. I bring that same level of care and dedication to every client interaction, helping guide families through important legal and financial decisions with compassion and professionalism.

Kathy Wilson brings a well-rounded skill set to Washington Elder Law, combining marketing coordination, paralegal support, and notary services. As a former business owner, she offers an entrepreneurial approach and a strong commitment to client care. Known for her meticulous research and organizational skills, Kathy plays a vital role in ensuring accuracy and smooth communication across the firm.
